Color: A clear yellow wine. The wine is bright and clear exhibiting life, freshness and youth
Nose: Nice mineral aromas. The white Grenache displays a very elegant complexity and a unique character. Scents of jammy lemon , cherry plum and grapefruit. After aeration, its minerality persists with subtle scents of white flowers and red berries and as it gains power it reveals notes of fresh almonds.
Mouth: Round and vivacious; jammy lemon , cherry plum and grapefruit are again present . The wine is very well balanced and offers a mineral expression of the Boutenac terroir with its length. This wine is rich and pure.Food Pairing: Seafood, foie gras, goats’ cheese
