Varietal: 50% Grenache 50% Cinsault
Color: Pale pink.
Nose: A nose of red fruit (strawberries) dominates in this light rosé, pleasure maintained by a touch of lemon.
Palate: Frank attack, the mouth is very fruity and persists on aromas of strawberries. The wine is round and fatty.
Food Pairing: Aperitifs, grilled meats, pizzas
Recommended serving temperature: Between 10 and 12° C
