Vinification and Maturing:
Harvest: full maturity
Vinification: under controlled temperature between 18 and 20°C and two malolactic fermentation for 70% of the blend
Maturing: stainless steel vats between 4 to 6 months
About the Winemaker
Descended from a long line of wine-growers and local personalities, Edouard and Marcel Guilbaud founded Guilbaud Frères in 1927.
