Raphaël Midoir Chardonnay 2018 – Val de Loire
Varietal: 100% Chardonnay
Tasting notes: This wine will touch you, fans will be seduced and connoisseurs will appreciate. Maybe you too will have a revelation … ” Tasting: Slightly vermeil yellow hue with green hues, beautiful shine. The nose gradually opens on ripe white fruits, pineapple, honey and rests on a brioche background. A small note mentholée (minthy), to the agitation of the glass marks the contrast. From the onset the mouth reveals its density, then its roundness mixes with the aromas of quince, to finish with a nice minerality.
Food Pairing: Nice wine with poultry, cheeses, a fish in sauce.
Serve chilled between 10 and 12 ° C.
