Varietal: 80% Tannat 20% Cabernet Sauvignon/Cabernet Franc
Color: Deep, intense ruby red.
Nose: Fine, elegant and complex with a blend of black fruit and coffee aromas.
Palate: A very rich attack followed by a quite mature consistency and silky tannins. Fine, precise woody mouth aromas.

Varietal: Composed mainly of Chenin white and Chardonnay.
Nose: delicate and fruity, unfolding aromas of fresh almond, vanilla, hazelnut and honey.
Mouth: a pleasant vivacity on the nose as in the mouth with floral notes, but also fresh apple. Pretty balance between the roundness and the subtle bitterness of chenin blanc. Elegant structure.
