Varietal: 60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc
Color: A lovely, intense cherry-red color
Nose: The pleasant, fruity bouquet is evocative of glaced cherries and stewed prunes.
Palate: It starts out with a soft, delicious flavor on the palate, going on to silky tannins and rich red-fruits on the finish.
Suggestions: Serve the wine at a temperature between 16 and 17 C., with pork and mushrooms, grilled poultry as well as cheeses.
VARIETAL: 80% chenin blanc and 20% Chardonnay.
Appearance: Pale yellow wine is bright and translucent. Its abundant and subtle bubbles are extremely fine and long-lasting in the flute.
Nose: Typical of the Chenin Blanc grape, the Cuvée JM wine is aromatic and nicely fruity. It is the successful blend of a definite liveliness due to the slight acidity of this grape variety and its fruity aromas.
Mouth: A wonderful balance
Serving Suggestions: Serve between 6 and 8°C so as not to alter the bouquet and aromas. You will enjoy this cuvée from the aperitif to the dessert.

Tasting Notes The 2014 vintage is a rather classic year.
Nose: Its aromas are marked by ripe red fruits.
Palate: The tasting confirms a supple and silky wine. Its structure on the palate shows tannins on a velvet texture and a presence of wine on the palate in length and volume. To drink before 2025
Varietal: 70 % Chenin Blanc, 30% ugni blanc/grapes exogenous from the Loire Valley.
Taste and Appearance
Color: Light golden color. Small long-lasting bubbles.
Mouth: Full and frothy on the front palate, with almond, fig and pear flavors, with a soft integrated finish.
Serve between 6 and 8° C. Ideal as an aperitif, this is the perfect wine for celebration.
