Vignobles du Soleil Syrah 2017
Crozes- Hermitage, Côtes du Rhône
Wine Making: Severe selection of grape harvests by origin and the maturity, vintage destemmed in totality. Cold pre-fermentation maceration, vatting with gentle methods of extraction.
Bagging after malolactic fermentation. Partial in vats to maintain purity and freshness of the fruit and in French oak barrels to refine the structure of the wine.
The Crozes-Hermitage appellation was created in 1937. The Crozes-Hermitage vineyard is the largest of the northern appellations. The main red grape produced is Syrah and the main white grapes are Roussane and Marsanne.
