Wine Making: The vines are exposed to the south between 220 and 360 meters above sea level, with stony limestone soil that ensures good drainage. The few dozen areas of Pinot Noir owned by the Domaine Henri de Villamont are harvested by hand and then carefully sorted before a traditional vinification which involves stainless steel tanks thermo-regulated for a plot work, then oak barrels for farms.
Great vintages will keep for about ten years.
