Wine Making: Total eraflage, maceration (steeping) from 3 to 5 weeks and rigorous control of the temperatures during the fermentation
Aging: Mainly in stainless steel vats, partially in French oak barrels
The Château was built during the XVIIth century and it is believed the vineyard existed at that time. The wines have always been famous. Owned by Stéphane Heurlier since 1992.
