Color: Very Deep
Nose: Red and black fruits, spices (including fine peppery notes), which bring complexity and elegance to all.
Mouth: The attack is smooth and gives way to an affirmed tannic structure which accompanies the wine along its length. Final on spices and subtle breeding notes.Food Pairing: Grilled red meats, rib of beef, lamb, duck breast. It will be appropriate also on meats in sauce, stew and on game, ribs of wild boar, rabbit stew and cheeses raised.
Serve between 16 – 18 ° C, to be uncorked preferably 1 hour before the serving.
