Maybe you too will have a revelation … ” Tasting: Slightly vermeil yellow hue with green hues, beautiful shine. The nose gradually opens on ripe white fruits, pineapple, honey and rests on a brioche background. A small note mentholée (minthy), to the agitation of the glass marks the contrast. From the onset the mouth reveals its density, then its roundness mixes with the aromas of quince, to finish with a nice minerality.
