Color – Shiny Lemon Yellow

Mouth – a very well balance between vivacity and freshness.
Food Pairing: Excellent on its own as a cocktail wine. It pairs perfectly with grilled fish or shellfish. It is stunning with goat cheese served fresh or hot. Best served at 10°C / 52°F.

Wine Making: This cuvée is a selection of the freerun juice and the first press to preserve the aromatic intensity and the freshness. Only the first fermentation is conducted under a strict temperature control. Then, during several months, the wine is aged on lies to get more structure and aromas out of it.

Color: Clear color with golden green reflections.
Nose: The nose has well developed aromas reminding of tangerine and blackcurrant evolving toward fruit cordial after a while in the glass.
Palate: On the palate it is full and round at first, followed by a sensation of crispness and a touch of anise lingering.This wine tend to keep its youth character and has the typical bouquet of citrus, mineral and flint on the finish.
