Nose: Aromatically intense with grape apple and citrus fruit as well as mineral and flint notes.
Mouth: rich with a balanced blend of refreshing acid citrus fruit minerality and steeliness leads to a medium to long dry finish with citrus notes.
Food Pairing: fish, shellfish, strong blue cheese, poultry, and spicy cuisines

Nose – intense citrus (grapefruit) and floral aromas
Mouth – a very well balance between vivacity and freshness.
Food Pairing: Excellent on its own as a cocktail wine. It pairs perfectly with grilled fish or shellfish. It is stunning with goat cheese served fresh or hot. Best served at 10°C / 52°F.
