Tasting Notes
Color: Clear color with golden green reflections.
Nose: The nose has well developed aromas reminding of tangerine and blackcurrant evolving toward fruit cordial after a while in the glass.
Palate: On the palate it is full and round at first, followed by a sensation of crispness and a touch of anise lingering.
This wine tend to keep its youth character and has the typical bouquet of citrus, mineral and flint on the finish.
Food Pairing: A great wine for seafood, grilled white meat as well as goat cheese.
