Age of vines: 20 to 40 years in average
Vinification Traditional method. Harvest exclusively manual and immediate pneumatic pressing. After selection of the first fermentation juices in thermo regulated stainless vats. Assembly and setting of lava on slats in cellars at controlled temperatures for an average of 15 months.
