100% Chardonnay from the Pouilly-Fuissé region of Bourgogne
Wine Making: A blending of different vineyards from Solutre Village, the grapes are hand-harvested when fully ripe and pressed immediately by pneumatic press. The juice then go through static settling. Only clear juices are vinified for 90% in stainless steel tanks and 10% in 1 to 3 years old barrels. It is then fined and filtered before bottling
Domaine Auvigue has been producing wines for generations since the name Auvigue was already known in 1629 in the vineyards of Beaujolais and Mâconnais.
Auvigue now vinifies the wines made in its own estate, their Mâcon Solutré has always been cultivated in respect of the organic farming methods and our Pouilly Fuissé vineyard as well since 2009
