Mâcon-Solutré
Wine Making: Made from grapes bought from local wine growers, the clusters are pneumatically pressed and the juice statically settled over a 12 hours period. The clear juices are then transferred to stainless steel containers for alcoholic and malolactic fermentation under temperature control. After the fermentations, the wine is aged in stainless steel on lees until bottling.

Domaine Auvigue has been producing wines for generations since the name Auvigue was already known in 1629 in the vineyards of Beaujolais and Mâconnais.
The Auvigue family has been working its vineyard for generations, closely following traditional Burgundy methods.
