VinificationAged 12 months in oaks barrels

Château Saint Hilaire, has been selecting the grapes from our finest terroirs since 1995, located on the edge of the estuary, on deep gravelly soils and a heavy clay subsoil. Patience and precision are the keywords characterizing the production of their wine.

They seek to extract only the finest aromas and tannins from our grapes which are then aged for twelve months in French oak barrels. Thus, this wine presents a powerful bouquet with complex and balanced aromas that are going to age well. This cuvee is classified Cru Bourgeois since 2003.
