Varietal: 100% Grenache
Tasting Notes: Wine of character, balanced and powerful,
Nose – intense of cherry, raspberry, strawberry jam and sweet spices
Mouth –The fruits and spices are found in an elegant, round and warm attack, more tannic in the finish, marked by a touch of minerality.
The aging potential is estimated at around 10 years.
Food Pairing: Goes well with red meat, game and cheese of character
Grape Varietal: Chardonnay/Pinot Noir – White Cremant de Bourgogne can be either blanc de blancs – made from white grapes (Chardonnay, Aligote, Melon de Bourgogne, Pinot Blanc) – or blanc de noirs, made from black grapes (Gamay, Pinot Noir).
Color – showing fine bubbles and pale rose color.
Nose – Showing powerful aromas of red fruit (raspberry, redcurrant)
Mouth – Fresh and vivacious style. Well balanced sparkling wine with a complex aroma
Food Pairing – Ideally for an aperitif but it will also match perfectly desserts made with red fruits and chocolate
Varietal: 60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc
Color: A lovely, intense cherry-red color
Nose: The pleasant, fruity bouquet is evocative of glaced cherries and stewed prunes.
Palate: It starts out with a soft, delicious flavor on the palate, going on to silky tannins and rich red-fruits on the finish.
Suggestions: Serve the wine at a temperature between 16 and 17 C., with pork and mushrooms, grilled poultry as well as cheeses.
